Welcome to Goat Finja financial blog. One might want to ask what in the world is Goat Finja? Well, I don’t want to brag, but it’s Greatest Of All Time Financial Ninja. I have MBA and 16 years of banking experience working with every day people just like you as well as small and large businesses. Over the years I accumulated great experience and I would like to share it with my readers. I started in consumer banking, then became licensed (Series 6, 63 and 7) and briefly worked as a financial adviser. Later on in my career I transitioned into business banking and eventually ended up in the middle market segment. I worked in two markets – Orlando FL and Charlotte NC where I currently live. While working in banking I started a technology company back in 2010 and pitched it to Shark Tank. I’ll share more about this interesting experience in my upcoming blog posts. Eventually I quit banking and started independent insurance agency. I wish I could tell that I am retired and financially independent. Money wise I am doing much better than in my banking job and the best part is I am my own boss now!
